OUR POLICY

– Here at Ks Party’s we do take deposit of the amount 25%/50% by bank transfer depending on the booking of the full booking amount. The deposit is non refundable. Please understand that your Booking is not secured until the deposit has been paid.
– The remaining balance is to be paid on day/arrival of your booking. Paid by cash or bank transfer.
– If the remaining balance is not paid on the day of our arrival we will not go ahead to proceed with your event.

Refunds:
Cancellations – Deposits are non refundable.

WEATHER:
Due to high winds we are not able to have our bouncy castles out therefor as we understand this is not your fault we are more than happy to change your booking date to another day.

We are fully insured – All bounces are Pipa Tested – Electronics are all Pat Tested
